How do I get my statements electronically ie: paperless?

I've been trying to find how to get my Apple card statements electronically. I do not want a mailed statement. I saw suggestions about making sure my information is correct. It is. I am still receiving statements in the mail so I obviously am missing something. Can anybody help?

By default Apple Card statements are paperless. There is no option for mailed statements. The Apple Card was designed to be used exclusively with an iPhone. You receive your statements and make your payments from your iPhone.

  1. Do you have an iPhone?
  2. Is your Apple Card enabled in your Wallet App?
  3. If you have an iPhone are you logged in with the same Apple ID as the one you applied for the Apple Card with?
  4. If you are receiving paper statements that means Goldman Sachs, the Apple Card processor, is unable to reach you through your iPhone and something is dreadfully wrong with your information/setup. You may need to contact them directly to sort this out.
  5. Under normal conditions you should never receive a paper statement, ever.

Paperless statement is the default and only option. If you’re receiving a paper statement, it’s because federal statute requires that a bank sends a statement, even if there is no activity on the account. This is to help ensure the safety and security of your personal and credit information.

Goldman Sachs Bank uses the email address that is tied/associated with the Apple ID you used when you applied for your Apple Card account. Goldman Sachs cannot change your email and Apple Support cannot change your email. This is for privacy and security reasons.

If you’re receiving a paper statement, it’s because the paperless/electronic statements that were being sent to your email address bounced. This could be because of an error in spelling the address, mailbox was full etc. Please contact Goldman Sachs Bank to confirm the email address they have on file

You will need to correct/change the email associated with your Apple Card account online. Here is a support article on how to update your email address,
