The apps I’ve downloaded from the App Store are not showing up on my screen. How do I fix that?

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. We understand that you're having an issue with viewing the apps you've downloaded on your iPhone. We'd like to help.
When you search for an app on your iPhone, does the app appear at all? We ask because it's possible that this app is been placed in a folder on your Home Screen or your App Library. Once you locate it, you can then decide how you want new apps to appear on your device. Follow these steps to understand how to do that: Find your apps in App Library on iPhone, especially the following section:
Change where new apps get downloaded
When you download new apps from the App Store, you can add them to the Home Screen and App Library, or to App Library only
1. Go to Settings> Home Screen.
2. Choose whether to add new apps to both your Home Screen and App Library, or to App Library only.
Note: To allow app notification badges to appear on apps in App Library, turn on Show in App Library.
