Lost iPhone and apple watch

I recently lost my iPhone 13 and received a replacement. I tried to activate it using the most recent backup from iTunes but the file is corrupt. Is there a way to upload the data from my Apple Watch to the replacement phone? I’m mainly trying to save some

of my text chains and work out data. I have not yet reset the watch in an attempt to pair with the new phone.
