iPhone says No Internet Connection, and only Instagram and Facebook work

Email and Internet don’t work on iPhone. Our laptops don’t work. So clearly there is an issue with the wifi… but why do Facebook and Instagram work when I have Airplane Mode turned on?!?

trying desperately to figure out how to fix our wifi and wondering if this is tied to the issue. Our house wifi stops working 3-4 times per day.

For your Internet connection.

Over Cellular: contact your Carrier (Cellular Service Provider). The agency who issued the SIM to you
Over WiFI: Contact your ISP (Internet Service Provider), the agency who provided the Internet Service on your Modem/Router to you
