If the watch isn't paired to any phones in your house, whose phone is it paired to?

If you are unable to pair the watch to your iPhone because it is activation locked to someone else's phone, you can never pair this watch to your phone.

Activation Lock prevents other people from using lost or stolen Apple devices.
