My IPhone colors reversed to a negative image -I followed the advise to accessibility and then display and turned on classic invert —that worked but now the red color looks more like a crimson red ( wine red) rather than the original scarlet red ? I wonder what happened and how or why it changed ?? Thank you

To get back to normal, Settings>Accessibility>Display & Text Size.... disable ALL options (except the last one at the very bottom - AutoBrightness)
When done, restart your iPhone.
Each of the options there produces specific effects, and if you want to experience one or more of these effects in combination, you have to do it with patience and, each time you have to restart your iPhone for the device to adapt to the changes you want to achieve.
