Enter the password for the Outlook account "(null)"

Keep receiving above message on my iPhone. What does it mean, and what should I do?

Your profile shows that we’re working with an iPhone 5s running iOS 12. Do you have an Outlook account set up on your device? If so, please go to Settings > Passwords & Accounts tap on the account and see if you are prompted for the password again and if so, if you can enter it. If not, go ahead and delete the account and re-add it. Here's a link to the iOS 12 User Guide, with more information Set up mail, contacts, and calendar accounts.
