Reduce speed of audio on podcasts
All of a sudden, the voices/talking on all my podcasts are going much faster, like at high speed…I have no idea how to fix it?? Does anybody have suggestions? Thank you 😊

We'd like to help, but do not know which device or Mac you are using,
and
which Mac OS or iOS version you are using.
Eg: If you are using iPhone with iOS 15 installed:

Listen to podcasts on iPhone – Apple Support
says:
Jump back 15 seconds
To change the number of seconds you skip back, go to Settings > Podcasts, then tap Back.
Jump forward 30 seconds
To change the number of seconds you skip forward, go to Settings > Podcasts, then tap Forward.
Choose a faster or slower playback speed
