i can’t delete my new ios 15.4.1 i already looked in the iphone storage but there’s no delete ios botton
You can only delete updates if they have not been installed. If it's not in the storage list, then it does not exist there to be deleted. so not really using up any space.
Its either already installed and the installation process has removed the installer, or has not been downloaded at all.

More importantly, why do you think you need to delete the iOS 15.4.1 update specifically?

Go to Settings>General>About>Software Version. What does it say?
