Dark Mode on Instagram won't turn off

I just recently updated my Instagram & when I opened the app, it's on dark mode. My iPhone device is on Light Mode already. I have closed out & reopened Instagram, deleted & redownloaded Instagram and I have force restarted my iPhone & nothing is working. My Instagram settings does not have the "Theme" option in the app either. If anyone has a solutions, that would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
