MagSafe battery barely charges at all.

I have the Magsafe Battery but it seems to be broken. I charge it overnight and it barely charges at all. I use the same wire/outlet to charge my iPhone and my second Magsafe Battery and they both charge fine.

I can't find anywhere how to submit for a repair. I've owned it less than a year and this must be covered under some warranty. Please help
