Magic mouse battery level not visible.

Can't see battery level on my first generation mouse. Check out my screen grabs.

I see lots of instrux to go to BT prefs and click the "i" but there is no "i." Only an X to remove the device.

I'm on Monterey 12.3.1

MacBook Pro 16″, macOS 11.6

Can you check the Magic Mouse's battery level? I have the latest iMac and the latest Magic Mouse that goes with it. Since it does not use batteries anymore and now has to be charged, is there a way to check the mouse's battery level? The mouse has died on me twice now when I need to use my computer so it would be nice to see the charge level so that I know when to charge it.

Can you check the Magic Mouse's battery level on an iPad Pro? I am using a black Magic Mouse in addition to the Magic Keyboard with my 12.9” iPad Pro. Is there a way to keep an eye on the battery level like you can using the MacBook Pro or Mac Mini?

Magic mouse low battery warning I have a magic mouse with my M1 iMac, with a rechargeable battery. I only get a low battery warning when I log on, and often the warning indicates a very short time remaining before I need to recharge. Since the recharge port is on the base of the mouse, this means that I can do little or no work until I have put at least some charge back into the battery. It would be much more convenient if macOS would give me an earlier warning (say 10% battery level) while I am still active in an earlier work session; then I could plan my recharging for a time when I'm not using the computer. Is there any way that I can encourage the OS to give me such a warning? Thanks.
