Can't Find "Up Next" List

I watch Apple TV+ on my HP laptop but I have never been able to find my Up Next list on it. I usually just view my Up Next list on my iPhone but now I can't find my list at all. Any suggestions?

Apple TV+ in the browser requires signing in (upper-right corner) with your Apple ID account. Verify that you did. Then it can load your personal Up Next queue list.
Up Next in the browser appears on the home page, right below the wide spotlight-shows image roulette. It is a bit different from iPhone, in that Up Next here will only show Apple TV+ content, excluding content that may be available through the TV app on iPhone and other devices. It is therefore labeled “Up Next on Apple TV+”.
