Updating to monterey hestitancy due to Music/Itunes
I have hesitated to upgrade to MacOS Monterey on my computer because when I brought iPad Air recently Apple had stolen all my music in iTunes that were my own property (Cd's that I had burned in the days we had the slot to do so). thousands of dollars.) I have had no solution to resolving the latter. (Advice for that welcome). My issue at the moment is that I can not update my Safari Certificate because that is now part of the upgrade. I need to get that - but I do not want to risk the same happening as did with iPad Air to my music. Can anyone let me know if the problems with music/Itunes are resolved in Monterey - or is this update the one that caused the problems with music in my iPad? Or do I risk losing 3/4 of my music library with this update. I am on Catolina. I am starting to get really disappointed with Apple as it started out as intuitive technology - and now it is something quite different. Every time there is an update I become nervous.
