Outlook app icon cannnot be opened on iPhone X

I am using Apple Iphone X. I have installed the Microsoft Outlook> but once i cleck on the App Icon, immediately it jump out and not enter into Microsoft outlook.

Tried Delete App - turn off phone - restart and download again. Problem remain same.
