The 1st time when i called, it would come out for a sec and quickly showed 5 petals turning and disappeared. Only when I called it for the 2nd time, it would remain for longer for me to speak. Why is this happening and can I change it to stay on when I call upon Siri on 1st attempt?

I tried that twice but it didn't work, still same thing. 1st time it comes up and disappear quickly.
