Apple Cash protection

I could have sworn I had a notification yesterday saying you could “borrow” $20 or $25 with Apple Pay/Apple Cash. Essentially it said you could send or transfer this money even if you didn’t have it. Did anyone else see this? I accidentally swiped out and lost it!

Apple cash disappeared I randomly got a notification from my settings app that I need to activate Apple Cash again and when I did that it just keeps glitching and not working. I'm concerned as I had some money in it and now its like it never existed
