i have my iphone 6 problem with the software recently. it is called software crash. The iphone cannot turn on. it stays at the apple logo forever. i cannot log in to my iphone and i cannot enter the iphone. please advise me.
How to solve this problem? my friend told me that if the problem is related to software i have to lose all my data in the iphone. is it true? is there a way to get back the data (apps that been downloaded) an all in that iphone?
