WHEN I'M ON THE APP ON THE TOP CORNER OF THE SCREEN IT SHOWS A BALANCE OF $15.00. I WOULD LIKE TO USE IT, BUT IS ASKING FOR A PIN #. WHEN I REDEEM THE CARD I ENTERED THE # AND PIN THAT'S WHY IT SHOWS I HAVE FUNDS.SO HOW CAN I STILL USE MY FUNDS IF I CAN'T FIND THE PIN?

You don't need a pin to use the funds. If they are already redeemed, then simply buy something from the store and it will use that balance first automatically, before charging any other payment method you may have on file.
The Redeem option is just to add more funds to that balance. Once there,. the funds are used automatically when you buy something.
