My Apple ID got disabled and I'm unable to reset the password

My apple id got disable and am unable to reset the password cause the email id not loging anymore, please i need help how can i fix this.?

Is it disabled in the App Store & iTunes? If so, you will need to contact Apple Support. See instructions in: If a message says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' - Apple Support


Once that is dealt with, change the email that you use as your Apple ID. See: Change your Apple ID - Apple Support
