The Apple TV app on my IPad pro will not load....Whitescreen then back to home screen.

Try to force-quit the TV app, then restart the iPad. Then try again.
The TV app on iPad (or iPhone) needs internet connectivity to show anything other than the local library.
- Through Wi-Fi, the TV app should have regular internet access.
- On cellular, the TV app would need extra permission to use cellular data.
