Apple watch
If i go places with my watch, but bring my iphone with service, will i still need to pay extra to use service with my watch or will the phone use it’s service for the watch?

If you do not activate the Cellular radio or if you get a GPS ONLY Apple Watch, then the Apple Watch will do everything the cellular model will do As Long As the iPhone is nearby.
