Can you check the device? I love the iPhone, but this device no longer wants to Apple because of the bad battery

This iPhone 12 Pro model is bad in battery and causes the device to overheat.

I would like to be compensated with a device and a new version of the iPhone and upgrade it, and I will pay the price difference in upgrading the device and version
