iCloud from 5 gb to 100gb on iPhone settings
My phone currently has 5gb iCloud and I went on prepaid and is supposed to get 100gb . My personal iCloud shows 100gb but my phone iCloud is showing 5gb. How to I make the change apply?

As already mentioned that is an AT&T online (cloud) storage plan. It has nothing to do with Apple and it is not iCloud storage. Again, iCloud storage is Apple’s proprietary online storage system. Only Apple itself offers iCloud storage.
AT&T offers their own cloud storage service but that has nothing to do with Apple or their proprietary and trademarked iCloud service.
This is how to subscribe, monthly, for additional iCloud storage on an iPhone -> Subscribe to iCloud+ on iPhone - Apple Support

AT&T provides 100 GB of cloud storage with AT&T, not iCloud storage with Apple. iCloud plans only come in free, 50GB, 200GB, or 2TB plans.
iCloud subscription storage is not available either as pre-paid nor in 100GB.
iCloud storage is charged monthly as a subscription and is only available at 50GB, 200GB or 2TB (iCloud+ plans and pricing - Apple Support). Not that iCloud is Apple’s proprietary online storage service. Many other companies also offer their own online cloud-based storage services.
So I do not know what online cloud-based storage service you signed up for, but it was not Apple iCloud storage. Did you sign up for online storage from your cellular service provider? Google One offers a 100GB plan and does allow for annual pre-pay. Did you sign up for that? If so, Google One has nothing to do with Apple iCloud.
