iPhone 13 Pro camera freezing/crashing on iOS 15.5(.0)

Hi, I've been having a very frustrating issue on my iPhone 13 Pro on numerous occasions. I'm wondering whether this is a software issue or whether I have a defective device. I use my phone a LOT for filming videos, but every once in a while, as I'm recording a video, the recording will freeze, and then completely stop recording a few seconds later. After I exit the Camera app, I go back into the Camera app just to find a black screen. Either I close and re-open the app and it finally fixes itself after a few attempts, or I wait about 20-25 seconds and it fixes itself (without having to re-open the app). I've noticed that most of the time that this happens, I have switched cameras while recording. Am I not supposed to switch cameras while recording a video?? It's a very bizarre issue and I've not got the first clue what is going on, but it's happened to me even after rebooting my phone, on different days. I am running iOS version 15.5, on an iPhone 13 Pro. I'm wondering whether others are having the same issue, or if there is a fix for this issue as it can crash at the absolute worst time.
