Does Apple sell refurbished iPhone 13 Pro Max (either to individuals or to service or resellers)?

I understand that only older models have this option.

It does not appear Apple sells iPhone 13 models in their refurbished store.

That being said, do you think it is possible for a reseller or service to obtain such a device from Apple?
