How do I get to listen to my callers and for them to hear me?
I cannot hear a person on my phone nor can I be heard. I can record a video and hear myself. I can record my voice but I cannot hear on the voice memos app/

Apple Technicians can run an Audio Test to identify any sound issues with your device. This could be caused by a couple of reasons. Your device may have a component that is failing or you have debris blocking the mic/speaker ports at the bottom of your device. You can clean the bottom of your device using blue-tack (but avoid using anything liquid).
Apple Technicians can do this for you, so I would recommend just creating an appointment. I do hope you're near an Apple location.
