Do any one of the following: –

- On a PC with iTunes: Use a Windows PC to cancel subscriptions from Apple - Apple Support
Once canceled, the Cancel option would no longer display, and the ‘renewal date’ or ‘next billing date’ would be replaced by an ‘expire date’. That is how you know it was done correctly. Canceled trials would expire immediately. Canceled paid subscriptions will continue to be valid until the end of the current billing period.
