text issue with non iphone users continued issue with trying to send texts or pics to non-iPhone users. all previous info on settings has been performed. carrier has verified settings and it still doesnt work properly. using recent 16.3. with the new iphone 14. iphone 11 and xr did not have this problem. any suggestions?
