Why there’s gray shadows/glitch on my iphone 13 pro screen?

does anybody know why there’s gray shadow glitch appearing on my iphone 13 pro screen? It’s very noticeable when there’s white background (as shown in pic). It just won’t go away! Is this hardware issue or software issue?
