Keyboard

I’ve been wanting to add a new card to my App Store but when I try to type my card information, the keyboard zooms in to one side of the keyboard. I’ve tried restarting my phone, tweaking settings and it still doesn’t work.

My keyboard is not showing up when I add my payment method. My keyboard is not showing up when I try to add my payment method. Below I attached a picture of what my screen shows when I try to add a payment method. Instead of a keyboard, it shows a line with two arrows and the word "Done" I've already tried resetting my phone and anything I could think of. Does anybody know how to fix this? Thank you.
