Toshiba Canvio doesn't connect to mac

I bought a Toshiba Portable Storage DTP310 which should work with a Mac.

The hard disk starts normally, but I can't access the disk and can't save any files. Instead, I only get the message that I only have read rights. What can I do?

Thx for your help.
