purchase canceled for no reason

Hello, how are you? I live in Brazil and yesterday I made a purchase of an iphone 13 pro max on the apple website in the United States. Everything went well with the purchase, but to my surprise today when I entered the website to see the status of the order, the purchase is showing as cancelled. Apple didn't send me any email notifying me of the cancellation and I would like to know the reason and I also want to know how long it takes for the purchase to be reversed on my card.
