recently my Iphone 13 decided to block callers from my contacts - one of them being my husband. Another one yesterday (which I discovered today) was a dr office that was a VERY important call - and they are in my contacts. Over the past few weeks this has happened to several of my contacts. How can I fix this problem?

I keep getting the run-around - is this an apple issue or not? Never before have my contacts been randomly blocked. It's not only an annoyance, but I happened to miss 2 VERY IMPORTANT calls from my dr yesterday
