i have bought an apple watch and it wont open and would say activation lock
how do i remove activation lock as i have bought this apple watch and cant unlock it

Only the original owner can remove an activation lock. Activation lock is a theft deterrent system, one of the best theft deterrent systems out there.
You need to contact the original owner and ask them to remove the lock.
If you cannot contact them in any way, you cannot use the Apple Watch.
