Is the iOS up to date and compatible with macOS



Update your iDevice - current stable release, including bug fixes iOS 15.5

Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support



The current stable release of Monterey including bug fixes, is macOS 12.4

Keep your Mac up to date - Apple Support

do a hard reset (Forced Reset) of the iPhone:

Force restart iPhone - Apple Support




Try again Use a cable connection to sync




iPhone 12 Pro can't be synched
