Apple Pay is saying that is currently unavailable try again later

Check the range of the mobile network, see -> Service & you need to have a good Wi-Fi connection

If they are On, turn Off Hotspot & VPN.

Check the battery -> 70%.

There is apparently an error connecting to Apple's server. So, do as instructed, and try again later.
