Apple TV won't turn on after the power went off

Power went out and now the unit wont power on. There is no light on the front. Ive tried plugging into the usb c port and into my pc, and itunes doesnt recognize that its there.

USB-C suggests an Apple TV HD (4th generation), but please confirm.

There is no light on the front.

Try disconnecting from power for a moment, then re-connect. The unit should start up then, first with a flashing status light (~15 seconds), then continuously glowing.
If the status light keeps flashing, then the system software may need to be re-installed externally. Restore your Apple TV - Apple Support. Note that there are differences in procedure by model.
If the status light won’t show anything, then the internal power supply or the circuitry may be fried. There is no repair for that, but call Apple to discuss your options, especially if under warranty or with AppleCare+.
