I just bought a MacBook Pro, and my contacts will not transfer over.
My iCloud is set up properly, time and date are correct, I have restarted my devices multiple times. Everything has been synched except my contacts. Any help would be great!!

On your Mac go into contacts settings> accounts and see if your iCloud account is added if it isn't added you can manually add it in my clicking the + in the bottom left corner of the settings window. If it is make sure the account is enabled and make sure the "fetch" dropdown is set to automatic.
If all of this was already set up you can try clicking the enable account box to turn it off and then clicking it again to turn it back on. This should sync your contacts.
