Question: My apple id is compromised and someone stolen my apps from developer account

I saw a blunder at my end. I was sleeping when all this happened.
I just see some of my apps are transferred and but I didn't initiate any transfer of apps from my account. As soon I see that email on my iPhone I logged into my Apple ID. It was working fine. But by the time I change the password to my account the email and trusted phone number to my account is replaced by some hacker.
Now I have no access to my Apple ID. The Apple ID email to my logged-in iPhone is also replaced by some new email. Now can’t log out from the phone as I don’t have a password to hacked email.
Someone access my account and steal my apps. By the time I see the apple account, these are transferred by some “Elizabeth D.” user.

All this happened while I was sleeping. Now when I try to log in using my email the message comes “The Apple ID is either not supported or not valid”
I have all the email communication of the last 7 years but Apple is of no help to me.

Now I’m contacting apple support multiple times but still no help. It’s been over 24 Hrs. Every time I explain the situation and no end result.
Please help me, my all efforts for the last 4 years stolen from me and I have no options to go.
I have gone through this thread and contacted one of the people who went through the same thing. But I got no such help till now.
