I believe you will find that answer in Check spelling and grammar on Mac - Apple Support
Hi, supremebapester, go to 🍎, then system preferences then Accessibility…. Pronunciation of words ( eg they get spoken/your Mac talks to you) should be there ( under Voice ??)

Thanks for the reply, as I reply now there will be pronunciation of the letters I am tying. How to disable the sound beside being muted?
Turn down the volume.
Then I need to turn up again if am watching a video. There wasn't this issue in my previous iMac and current MacBook Pro.

Hi John! That's helpful but you are absolute close. In case people who just got the new 24 inch and find the spelling sound super annoying. Head to System Preference -> Accessibility -> Spoken Content -> Uncheck "Speak tying feedback"
Have a good day to all.
