Syncing iPhone

So I have two iPhones. One personal and a work one. Both have there own Apple ID. Is there a way to sync them both. I am getting sick of carrying two phones.

You can create a "Shared Photo Library" for Photos/Videos, and invite people to it. You could also make a Family in Apple, which could share "iTunes Purchases, Subscriptions, iCloud Storage, Location, and manage Screen Time" Family Sharing does not share messages, contacts, or other private info. You can also AirDrop files, videos, and any other shareable item. You simply cannot merge or sync two AppleIDs. As per Apple sets in big privacy-policys in that aspect.
