Virtualization

For the recent M2 apple silicon chip, are there any open source or paid virtualisation tools available and if there are any other ways to do so.

I do have heard about docker installation but I fear it might eat up more storage on my base line model MacBook Pro.

Are there any possible cloud PaaS available as well.

Any information would be helpful.
