getting "unauthorized sender" error for all mail the sending from our server to privaterelay mails

Hello,

I recently started getting this error. What would be the reason?

Recipient: [SMTP:*******@privaterelay.appleid.com]

Reason: Remote SMTP Server Returned: 550 5.1.1 <*******@domain>: unauthorized sender

Unauthenticated email I have a charter.net email domain but occasionally receive an error message when sending email. The error message states that "this mail is unauthenticated". I can't figure out what Apple Mail settings to change to authenticate my outgoing messages. Help

Hello, again.

I got the same error when I sent from my yahoo address. Do these emails (@privaterelay.appleid.com) not accept mail?

If so; How will they receive membership and order e-mails?
