Camera lens internal problem

I have been using iPhone 13 pro max since April 2022 a problem I have been facing that my 3x zoom was broken inside without any drop or accident when is use portrait mode in 3x zoom a damage screen appear attach in pic plz help physically Lens are ok means not broken

Wide lens 0.5x malfunction When I open my camera app, the 0.5x wide lens briefly appears and then disappears. Additionally, the camera then refocuses at 2x. I pinch out, but the furthest it will go out is 1x. The weird thing is that the 0.5x wide lens does work on panoramic, slow mo, and time lapse. I’ve already taken my phone to an Apple Store and they verified there is no damage to it. They basically said they’ve never heard of that issue and there’s nothing they can do because I’m past warranty. I have an IPhone 12pro max. Is there anything else I can do?

iphone 16 plus camera lens broke Anyone else having issues with the new iphone 16 plus back bottom camera lens? I've had the phone for a week and a half and the bottom lens is cracked. I have apple care, but don't want to spend $99 and take two 3 hour round trips to the Apple Store. Just wondering if maybe others were having the issue also and it might be a design flaw? I've had iphones since the 5 and have never cracked a screen or camera lens before.
