Portable DVD writer stopped working with Monterey 'upgrade'. Goes to Disc Utility and nothing happens. Thought it might be too old.Tried several new ones and get same result. Anyone have Brand/Model (besides Apple) that is working on Monterey?

I have two Samsung drives that connect via USB Model SE-S084 and I have a Blu-Ray drive (also USB connection) model ODPS1203-SU3. I believe the Samsung units are out of production but you can find on eBay, etc. Like I noted my Apple Super Drive works fine as well.

I have an Apple SD and two Samsung drives that all work fine. Must be connected directly to the Mac and not through a hub.
