I had all of my music which I purchased from the Apple store stored in Music match but it was not renewed and I wasn't notified that there was insufficient funds to renew. Where can I download my music that is/was in music match?

Did you make a backup of your music?
Music purchased from iTunes Store can be redownloaded Redownload music – Apple Support (UK). Other music will be lost.
However, Apple will only keep your iCloud music library for up to 30 days after cancellation but if it is renewed within this period, it is possible that your library will still be available.
