your account is disabled in the App Store Comes up when trying to download apps

When trying to install or update an app “your account is disabled in the App Store” shows up

iPhone XR, iOS 15

Contact Apple Support, after reading this support article:--> If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' , and use the following specific link:--> Apple Support
