How to reset device if not have access to email id

Hi,

I have a device owned by organization and it has been registered with an old employee how now left organization. We do contacted few of them but not able to identify whose mail id is been registered on this device. So if kindly tell complete main id so we can contact specific person in order to reset device or guide to a process how i can reset this organization owned device without having access to register email.
