Aqara camera Hub G2H not working in Homekit

Hi all, just bought my first Aqara hardware (Camera Hub G2H) to test in Apple home-kit. It works fine in the Aqara app, no issues. However once I add it to Apple Homekit, I get a "No Response, this camera is not responding" error.


I have updated the firmware, reset the camera, and re-added to both apps, with the same result. Anyone else having this issue? I'm based in Australia, with a Telstra Technicolor DJA0231 modem which works OK with everything else.
